Clear terms to ensure a smooth experience for everyone
Deposit Policy
20% non-refundable deposit due at booking to secure your event date. This deposit goes toward your final balance and confirms your reservation.
Payment Policy
Remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event date. All payments are non-refundable once the final balance is paid. We accept credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 2 weeks before the event date will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the event forfeit all payments made. We understand emergencies happen - please contact us to discuss your situation.
Delivery & Setup
Free delivery and setup within 5 miles of Crofton, MD. Beyond 5 miles: $5 per additional mile. Delivery includes full setup, styling, and tear-down. Client must provide tables and adequate space for display.
Order Changes
Changes to your order (guest count, menu selections, etc.) must be made at least 1 week before your event. Significant changes may affect pricing. We'll work with you to accommodate reasonable modifications.
Food Safety
All food items are prepared fresh on the day of your event. Perishable items should be refrigerated within 2 hours of setup. We cannot guarantee food safety beyond our setup time. Allergies and dietary restrictions should be communicated at booking.
